Advantages:

Хорошая квартира. Есть все необходимое для краткосрочного проживания. Стиральная машина, фен, пылесос (!), сушилка. Нормальная сковородка на кухне -это отдельный респект. Обычно в съёмных квартирах посуда очень плохая.

Disadvantages:

Не хватало крючков или какой-то полочки в ванной. Впятером полотенца некуда было повесить.

Advantages:

Удобное месторасположение квартиры. Недалеко Мишенная сопка, рынок, магазины, кафе. Можно пешком дойти до центральной площади. Просторные комнаты, окна выходят на две стороны дома

Disadvantages:

Мало посуды, приготовить что-либо было сложно - в наличии одна огромная кастрюля и одна сковорода, у которой уже нет антипригарного слоя. Уборка квартиры оставляет желать лучшего.
