Прекрасная 2-х комнатная квартира в хорошем районе. Сделан хороший и светлый ремонт. В квартире есть все для краткосрочного и долгосрочного проживания. Вся необходимая бытовая техника, посуда, приборы, постельные принадлежности.

Имеется 4 спальных места (два 2-спальных дивана). В каждой комнате телевизор. Рабочая зона. Гардеробная.

Рядом детская площадка, магазины, фитнес студия. Из одной комнаты открывается прекрасный вид на вулканы. Всегда очень чисто и уютно.

Проживание с питомцами не допускается. В квартире не курят. Не допускаются вечеринки и громкое времяпровождение после 22 00.

Возможен трансфер от аэропорта до квартиры - 2000 рублей.
