Advantages:

Отличная квартира, остановка рядом, магазина два близко, много кафе поблизости. Очень быстро заселили, на все вопросы ответили. Гостеприимная хозяйка. В квартире все есть необходимое, все исправно. В квартире чисто, соседи тихие и приветливые.
