Светлая уютная 1 комн кв в деловом сердце города. Именно здесь вы ощутите пульс деловой жизни. Район 8ой км. Рядом - поликлиники, мед центры, тц, магазины. Квартира с балконом. С окон открывается прекрасный вид на вилючинский вулкан, мишенную сопку и ворота в тихий океан. Можете парить над городом, как чайка. Вкусные закаты будут подавать ежедневно. Сторона очень солнечная, в квартире светло, фото не профессиональные, может потому и может кажутся темные. В квартире кровать 140*200 (с классным матрасом) и раскладной очень добротный диван. Возможность размещения 2 + 2. Все для комфортного проживания – можно готовить - плита, духовка, свч, посуда, холодильник. Можно стирать – стиральныя машинка, сушилка, гладильная доска, утюг. Телевизор, wifi, фен. Постельное бельё, полотенца, тапочки. Я не специалист по красивым фотографиям, я делаю просто уютно, чисто и комфортно. Чисто, уютно = как вы любите.
Возможна любая форма оплаты. Я ип, работаю с юр и физ лицами. Документы для отчетности.
