Advantages:

Отличное месторасположение, вид из окна в ясную погоду на Вилючинский вулкан. В квартире есть все что нужно. Рядом кондитерская пекарня с хорошим кофе, кафе бар Советский, суши, спортзал, кальянная, магазины сувениров, магазин Лера, недалеко ярмарка где можно купить рыбу, икру, рыбные консервы. Всем рекомендую.
